  • How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed or struggling with emotional challenges, therapy can help you gain clarity, process difficult emotions, and develop strategies for moving forward. A free initial consultation can help us explore whether therapy is right for you.
  • What happens in the first session?
Your first session is an opportunity to discuss what has brought you to therapy and what you’d like to work on. We’ll explore your concerns, goals, and any questions you may have. There’s no pressure – just a supportive space to begin your journey.
  • Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes, I offer a free no-obligation consultation so we can discuss your needs and see if we are the right fit for each other.
  • How often should I have therapy?
Most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum, but this can be adjusted to suit your needs. Some prefer fortnightly or ad-hoc sessions, depending on their goals and progress.
  • How long will I need therapy?
Therapy is a personal journey, and the length of time varies for each individual. Some people benefit from short-term therapy (6-12 sessions), while others choose to continue for longer to explore deeper issues. We will review your progress regularly to ensure therapy is working for you.
  • What is Bespoke Therapy?
Bespoke Therapy is a professional approach that integrates different therapeutic methods to suit your unique needs. I blend Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Coaching Skills to create a tailored experience that evolves with you.
  • What issues can you help with?
I work with clients facing a variety of challenges, including: · Anxiety, stress, and panic attacks · Depression and low mood · Low self-esteem and self-doubt · Relationship difficulties · Trauma and past experiences · Life transitions and personal growth · Phobias and habitual patterns · Neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, etc.)
  • Do you work with neurodivergent clients?
Yes, I provide therapy that is inclusive and tailored for neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, autism and other conditions. My approach is flexible and adapted to suit different thinking styles, processing speeds and support needs.
  • How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy explores emotions, past experiences and underlying issues, whereas coaching is more goal-orientated, focusing on practical strategies, motivation, and personal development. I integrate coaching techniques into therapy when appropriate to help you build confidence, create action pans, and achieve meaningful change.
